Brandon Flynn

Founder & Chief Executive · CHRO · MHA · USMC

Brandon has spent eleven years in human resources, moving up to Director, then to VP level, and on to Chief Human Resources Officer — built entirely inside complex, multi-state healthcare organisations. He holds an MHA from Ashford University and a BBA from the University of Virginia.

He has recruited executives, physicians and nurses throughout his career and now leads the firm’s recruiting practice.

He implemented EOS® (Traction) at two multi-state healthcare organisations and facilitates the weekly Level 10 leadership meeting for the platform he leads today.

He is a United States Marine Corps veteran and the qualifying owner of Parker Jackson Group as a service-disabled veteran-owned firm.

Carrie McNerney

Contracts Specialist

Carrie runs the contract side of the firm — reviewing terms before anything is signed, tracking deliverables, periods of performance and renewal dates, and keeping the registrations and reporting that federal and state work depend on current.

She is the reason an engagement starts clean and stays inside its scope.

Deborah Campbell

Administrative Assistant

Deborah keeps the day-to-day moving — scheduling, client correspondence, document control and the follow-through behind every deadline.

Clients reach her first, and she makes sure nothing waits on an unanswered email.

Senior people only

You will not be sold by a principal and delivered by a junior. Engagements are scoped to what we can do ourselves, which is why the client list stays short.

An honest scope

If the work sits outside our depth, or is better handled by counsel or an in-house hire, we will say so before you sign anything.

Work you keep

Documentation, structures, and systems are built to stay useful after the engagement ends, not to create a dependency.
